Founded in the spring of 2019, Pebble Associates brings together a unique blend of professionals with expertise in leadership, change management, coaching, wellbeing and equine facilitated learning. The result is a fusion of established methods from different disciplines, creatively combined to deliver long lasting change that delivers real results which inspires you to maximise your personal and organisational growth.

With over 30 years business experience, I am a Henley Business School Coach and MBA Graduate, currently studying towards an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural change at Henley.

My business experience within the manufacturing sector includes; start-ups, corporate and SMEs, focusing on operational excellence, combined with a strong commercial aptitude. Whilst specialising in mergers, European key accounts, restructuring, organisational deployment, continuous improvement and change process. Where I believe I really add value is with focussing on the people: coaching, leading & developing teams to achieve their potential. My interests are strategic level business development, change and turn around initiatives, start-ups and continuous improvement to establish growth and develop teams, supported by coaching and mentoring to build legacy.

I would describe my coaching approach as an integrated and adaptive approach. Where possible and always client lead, I combine the joy of fresh air and the natural environment with an adaptive style to meet my clients needs using, open thought-provoking questions and creative coaching techniques to inspire and maximise a client’s potential. Our unique, facilitative approach allows clients to consider challenges, values and ambitions, allowing them to contemplate choices, explore them, reflect & grow. This helps build confidence and improve client’s personal strategies in life and career.

Kirsteen Jefferies

I am a complimentary therapist with a passion for horses and personal wellbeing. I build relationships and facilitate personal growth with a holistic approach.

I have worked in client facing environments for the past 25 years. My experience ranges from Managing in a Global corporation to setting up and running a small SME business of my own. Whether it was insurance or eyetracking, events or marketing, management or massage, my passion has always been to inspire and motivate the people around me and give them the opportunity to believe in themselves and flourish. Whilst working in a corporate environment I retrained and began practicing in various massage techniques, fulfilling my need for my own wellbeing and nurturing that of others.

My passion and curiosity for horses has evolved sincechildhood, with dreams of owning and competing my own horse. Having achieved this, qualifying as an instructor and continuing my learning in Equine massage, I have now embarked on a journey of development and embracing my own self awareness through Equine Facilitated Coaching. The power and presence of the horse is so pure and this experiential approach to learning is reflective, honest and transformational. The coaching insight the horses provide is intuitive & natural, enabling a compassionate and enlightening experience.

Lucy Jordan

I’m a passionate and proven marketeer who believes in the power of the brand from a multinational to what our neighbours think of us as people. I embrace the challenge of gaining a clear insight of what a customer or individual wants and employing well-practised implementation skills to deliver on this.

My fundamental belief is that success is driven by understanding people and organisations, peeling back the layers to truly hear what is being said by both, and building solutions that deliver. All underpinned with a foundation built on a Social and Political Sciences degree from the University of Cambridge.

I am first and foremost a people person which has lead to my desire to gain deeper understanding for personal and business benefits. Working both in major blue chips and as a brand and strategy consultant my mantra is to get under the skin of the people and challenges to reach a deeper and more successful outcome.

The world around me provides constant inspiration and ideas from family and friends through to avid news reading. I have travelled to almost a third of the worlds countries and aim to go to somewhere new every two years to further my insights. At my happiest around a campfire, I am a great lover of sports and the outdoors and know that stepping back to think in the company of nature is second to none.

For the past 12 years, my major focus has been on business improvement and turnaround, both in UK and mainland Europe, notably in flexible print and packaging, however, completed successful assignments in Pharma, FMCG and Dairy, where I have held MD/GM roles responsibility for businesses from £20m to £360m… As a former VP of Business Transformation for Europe and Opex Director for UK, my experience has led organisational change agendas as well as single entity turnaround…

An engineering life started my journey culminating in years spent as an International Race Tyre designer working with the likes of McClaren and Renault, also covering European Rally and Motorcycle racing, this was the early years passion and one I am proud to have achieved.
